Regional Compliance Officer - VR/16376
Our oil and gas services client based in the Bridge of Don is looking for a Regional Compliance Officer on a permanent basis. This role requires a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 8 years of experience within compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implementing compliance program.
- Fostering a strong ethics and compliance culture.
- Aligning regional aspects of the compliance strategy alongside Head of Group Compliance.
- Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of regional implementation of corporate compliance strategy.
- Compliance risk assessments.
- Providing training to employees on Anti-Corruption, Code of Conduct, Antitrust, Data Privacy and other compliance topics.
- Managing third party due diligence and M&A due diligence, as appropriate and supporting employees in understanding compliance-related risks.
- Investigating allegations of compliance violations and assisting with investigations as necessary.
Experience Required:
- Qualified Lawyer with experience in Corporate Compliance.
- In-house experience within a multi-national company.
