Sales Administrator - VR/17230
Administrator required to join a friendly team for a client based in the city centre.
The successful candidate MUST have Sage knowledge, strong numeracy skills, computer literacy and invoicing experience.
The successful candidate must be available at short notice.
Responsibilities
- General administrative tasks – answering and directing calls, mailing, sorting incoming correspondence and ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date.
- Preparing invoices.
- Data entry – maintaining electronic and hard copy filling system.
Office hours are 08:00 – 16:30 (Monday – Friday)
