Local, award winning development company requires a Sales Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. This role requires an individual with strong administrative skills and ideally a background within a similar position.

   

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintain reports and spreadsheets.
  • Ordering office, sales and site supplies as/when required.
  • Preparing and sending out customer communications, alongside managing information emails.
  • Supporting the Sales Team with the sales process, updating website and price lists.
  • Reception cover.
  • Managing the office fire safety systems.

      

Applicants to this role require

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Sales admin background preferred.
  • Eagerness to learn and good working attitude.
