Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for:

• Management Accounts: Preparing monthly management accounts pack, ancillary reconciliations, and ad hoc management reports for 2 entities.
• System Transition: Supporting the transition from Sage 200 to Microsoft D365.
• Cash Flow Management: Preparing weekly cash flow forecasts and monitoring cash movements.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all group, regional, and HMRC requirements.
• Budgeting: Assisting with the production of annual and interim budgets.
• Supervision: Managing and supporting the Assistant Accountant.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fully or part-qualified accountant. Consideration will be given to those qualified by experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Microsoft D365 is desirable. Strong ERP experience essential.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and team-working skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
