Duties include:

• Providing UK tax advice to support the business as needed.
• Offering transaction structuring and due diligence support for new UK business opportunities.
• Assisting in developing and maintaining tax process and procedure documentation.
• Conducting research on legislative changes and specific tax technical matters.
• Collaborating with the broader UK Tax Team to provide support as required.
• Performing any other reasonable duties as instructed by your Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in relevant corporate or accountancy firm environment.
• A professional taxation or accounting qualification with a track record of relevant experience, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT or ATT.
• Upstream Corporation Tax and PRT experience required.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Attention to detail and a desire for precision.
• Highly numerate.
• Understanding of complex accounting issues.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of UK Upstream tax software desirable, together with knowledge of SAP (preferable) and strong Excel skills.
