Urgent General Administrator & Receptionist Vacancies - VR/00000
The Office Support specialism is currently supporting a number of clients with short term, temporary General Administrator and Receptionist roles. We have vacancies ranging from a couple of weeks to a couple of months at various levels. These are working with clients from multiple sectors and locations across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. We are working with a range of clients across Aberdeen City and Shire to support with their general administration and reception requirements.
Roles can vary in duration and required experience level, with temping offering a great way for you to build experience in new sectors or diversify your skillset with new duties and responsibilities.
Most roles are preferring an immediate start; however, some vacancies are able to wait a short notice period.
Typical duties can include:
- Formatting documents.
- Mail room duties.
- Ordering stationery.
- Taking and directing calls.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Diary management.
Hours of work are varied and typical rates of pay for these roles look to be c£10-14/hr PAYE, depending on the role and experience required.
