As a key member of the Finance Team, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate management accounts, VAT returns, and audit packs, while delivering insightful variance analysis and maintaining robust financial records.
• Supporting the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial projections, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s strategic goals.
• Delivering monthly cash flow forecasts, managing balance sheet reconciliations, and overseeing bank reporting and financial controls.
• Leading the billing and collection process, monitoring income against expectations, and ensuring completeness and accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance financial processes and controls through automation and improved systems integration, contributing to wider digital transformation efforts.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

• A recognised professional accountancy qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence liaising across departments.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of financial governance.
