Accounts Administrator – VR/24828
Accounts Administrator required for a logistical company who service the UK. You will work in a small Finance Team so you must be willing to roll your sleeves up and contribute effectively. Initially starting on a temporary basis, this role will go permanent should you impress in the role.
Reporting to the Accountant, you will be responsible for both our sales and purchase accounts including:
- Producing weekly sales invoices.
- Liaising with Operational Team to resolve customer queries.
- Processing customers remittances.
- Credit control.
- Processing purchase invoices.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Processing monthly payment run.
Individuals should ideally be available at short notice and have demonstrable experience within the purchase and sales ledger.
Experience with Sage 50 and Excel would be beneficial.
