A leading industry client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is the perfect opportunity for you if you are looking for your first entry level position in a busy Finance Team. If you have strong attention to detail, are a problem solver and have excellent communication skills this may be the opportunity for you!


Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with the daily banking.
  • Working close with the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams.
  • Processing employee / credit card expenses.
  • Assisting with monthly bank and expense reconciliations.


Person Specification:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to own initiative.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience of working in a similar role / environment.
