Overview job description:

We are seeking a full-time Accounts Assistant to support the team in managing both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes. This role will be part of a dynamic, high-performing team dedicated to delivering precise and dependable financial information to stakeholders.

      

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with Account Managers.
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Generating and issuing sales invoices.

  • Prior experience in accounting.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with multiple team members.
  • Capability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
