Accounts Payable Assistant - VR/31604
Permanent opportunity to join a Bridge of Don-based global business to assist with the Accounts Payable function. In this role, you will be responsible for processing invoices accurately, in addition to assisting with statement reconciliation and general administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow a career in finance.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Checking invoices match purchase orders, and processing these through the approval channels.
- Handling and resolving any invoice-related queries.
- Reviewing and reconciling supplier statements.
- Monitoring and managing email inboxes.
- Carrying out additional administrative tasks as required by management.
Applicants to this role require
- Previous experience in an office environment desirable, but not essential.
- Willingness to learn, and desire to grow a career in finance.
- Can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills, written and verbally.
- Organisation skills, with the ability to manage time effectively.
