Accounts Transaction Analyst - VR/27473
Opportunity to join a leading professional services firm as an Accounts Transaction Analyst. The ideal candidate will have solid AP experience. The role will see you posting purchase invoices, undertaking supplier reconciliations, banking, payments runs and month end reporting.
This role will be working within the Virtual Finance Function Team.
Hybrid working is available, as is a competitive benefits package and excellent company culture.
Experience of using Xero is desirable, however training will be given.
Your duties will include:
- Processing purchase invoices.
- Posting VAT.
- Processing employee expense claims.
- Processing payment runs.
- Maintaining supplier master data.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Resolving supplier invoice queries.
- Managing client mailboxes.
You should be enthusiastic, energetic, have strong accounts payable knowledge and an ability to communicate with suppliers and multiple clients.
