Administrative Apprenticeship - VR/29762
Due to growth within the organisation, an administrative apprenticeship is now available for a school leaver who is looking to develop their skillset further within the workplace alongside further education - a desire to learn and get stuck in is essential. This role will be based in north Aberdeenshire, with access to train station and bus routes available.
Supporting within the Operations Department, working closely with manufacturing, procurement and logistics, you will be handling administration duties for the wider team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- General admin duties.
- Providing support during busy periods.
- Providing holiday cover.
- Providing ad-hoc reception cover.
Applicants to this role require:
- Strong educational background at Nat 5 – Higher level.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent motivation, ability to use initiative and support in fast paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn.
