Administrator needed until approx. April time to help support team during absence. This position will be based in Peterhead, ideally 37.5 hours per week however could accommodate part time e.g. 3 days a week, if required. Training will be provided on the job, but due to nature of position you will need to be comfortable with admin-based duties and ability to hit the ground running.

     

Reporting into the HSEQ Manager, you will be supporting with day-to-day administrative duties within the department.

      

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Supporting with general admin duties i.e. typing, data input, filing, scanning and archiving.
  • Updating and utilising company systems – electronic and paper based.
  • Producing various paperwork required e.g. Goods/PO Acknowledgements, QA Cards, Certification etc.
  • Producing status reports to specific customers on a regular basis.
  • Ordering stationery for department on monthly basis.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

      

Applicants to this role require:

  • Experience in administrative role.
  • Quick learner, happy to work in busy environment.
  • Ability to start ASAP.
