Administrator - VR/30651
Administrator needed until approx. April time to help support team during absence. This position will be based in Peterhead, ideally 37.5 hours per week however could accommodate part time e.g. 3 days a week, if required. Training will be provided on the job, but due to nature of position you will need to be comfortable with admin-based duties and ability to hit the ground running.
Reporting into the HSEQ Manager, you will be supporting with day-to-day administrative duties within the department.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting with general admin duties i.e. typing, data input, filing, scanning and archiving.
- Updating and utilising company systems – electronic and paper based.
- Producing various paperwork required e.g. Goods/PO Acknowledgements, QA Cards, Certification etc.
- Producing status reports to specific customers on a regular basis.
- Ordering stationery for department on monthly basis.
- Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

- Experience in administrative role.
- Quick learner, happy to work in busy environment.
- Ability to start ASAP.
