AP Controller - VR/27198
TMM is supporting a leading E&P organisation with the appointment of an AP Controller. This is a core role within the team and will be on a long-term contract basis. This will involve you supporting all areas of the AP Process. Having existing knowledge in this area is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tracking invoices from entry into the system to posting for payment.
- Creating and processing service entry sheets and submit for approval.
- Ensuring approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
- Clarifying any invoice queries appropriately to allow payment to take place.
Person Specification:
- Strong understanding of AP and Procurement processes.
- Strong experience of using SAP.
- Experience of working in an upstream oil and gas organisation would be preferred.
- Excellent communication with all levels in the organisation, willingness to take responsibility and make necessary changes.
