Main duties and responsibilities

• Carrying out feasibility studies and site surveys.
• Preparing preliminary designs and technical drawings.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Producing planning applications, building regulation, and construction drawings.
• Preparing pre-construction information and documentation.
• Managing projects from concept to completion.

Applicants to this role require

• Highly proficient in AutoCAD.
• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge and construction detailing skills.
• Solid understanding of UK building regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Full, clean driving licence.
