Assistant Facilities Manager - VR/27952
**URGENT** New requirement for a permanent Assistant Facilities Manager. Located in Aberdeen City Centre, and working between multiple centrally based sites. Candidates must be able to drive and have their own car. Parking is available and mileage is covered. Experience managing a team, and in a similar facilities role would be essential.
This role will support with the day to day running of various sites, supporting with all aspects of administration, reception, facilities and client management. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting all visitors.
- Handling and supervising all customer service queries.
- Offering support to new clients and setting up facilities correctly.
- Assisting with office moves.
- Operating the switchboard.
- Managing room bookings.
- Checking timesheets.
- IT support.
Candidates must hold a full clean UK driving licence and have their own car, as travel between sites will be needed.
This role is 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Practical experience in a similar role is essential.
