Billings Administrator - VR/28060
TMM Recruitment is supporting an independent organisation in their search for a permanent Billings Administrator. Holding responsibility for effective revenue collection, your role will involve billing, credit control, banking and nominal ledger work. Working in a small team of 4, you will be analytical and keen to develop processes further to maintain a strong control environment.
Your duties will include the following:
- Maintaining sales ledger.
- Calculating and raising billing for various revenue streams, including raising refunds.
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure accurate billing.
- Monitoring debtors’ position, communication with stakeholders to resolves issues with their billing account.
- Performing credit control, reviewing direct debit collection, following up on uncollected amounts and escalating credit control issues to Line Manager.
- Allocating and reconciling all receipts to ledger on a daily basis.
- Reconciling registration fees and deposits
- Preparing and executing bank payments.
- Creating nominal codes, allocating and reconciling receipts and close the sales ledger at month end.
You should have demonstrable experience working in a small team and enjoy problem solving.
