Business Administrator - VR/28703
Based in the south side of Aberdeen, local technology firm looking to hire a full time, permanent Business Administrator. In this role, you will be required to support with all Business functions therefore background within administration is essential.
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for receiving and processing deliveries, answering reception phone and handling any administrative tasks required. Alongside also continually developing and refining documented processes and workflows as required.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Answering the office reception phone, greeting visitors, recording and storing information as required.
- Communicating with clients via email, phone or through a virtual online service, answering any queries and gathering any necessary information to enhance delivery of their Business Support service.
- Continual development, documentation and recording of Business Administration procedures and workflows.
- Regular maintenance and monitoring of the procedures and workflows for efficacy, updating where required.
- QHSE Administration – update registers, procedures, quick reference guides and workflows that support quality management system under the ISO9001 standard.
Applicants to this role require
- Administration background.
- Customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Team player, proactive approach and good problem solving.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
