Main duties and responsibilities

• Completing accurate and timely entry of data in required system.
• Supporting maintenance operations by performing systems transactions.
• Ensuring that assigned asset and maintenance transactions are completed in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.
• Supporting with training or technical issues, if capable/required.
• Reporting any system issues, bugs, or deficiencies to Business Systems Manager.
• Monitoring compliance of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all critical business systems transactions.

Applicants to this role require

• Background within an administrative, technical and/or data entry position.
• SAP and/or Maximo system experience essential.
• Microsoft Office proficient.
