An opportunity to join a provider of remote intervention solutions in a full-time, permanent role managing procurement activities. This position offers a varied and dynamic working environment and would suit a self-motivated individual seeking a new challenge.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, RFQs, purchase orders, and delivery expediting.
- Managing supplier performance and relationships, identifying and mitigating risks related to delays, quality, or non-conformance.
- Managing procurement, stock, and project records, ensuring accuracy of trackers, registers, and certification.
- Managing coordination between various stakeholders.
- Managing project and operational documentation.
- Supporting teams across ongoing and new projects.
- Reviewing and improving purchasing and supply chain processes where appropriate.
About you:
- Experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
- Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Sound IT skills.
- Excellent data management and document control skills.
- Capable of working independently, prioritising workload, and consistently delivering work to a high standard.
