Certification Coordinator - VR/29892
A Certification Coordinator is required on a permanent basis for a growing company based in Kintore. The successful candidate must have the ability to work on own initiative, apply attention to detail and have excellent administrative skills.
As Certification Coordinator, your main responsibility is to monitor and maintain records for the on-time certification of goods.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service through the development of relationships and positive communications skills.
- Planning and reporting on asset certification and assisting the regional depots with certification alerts and client communications.
- Fostering an environment of good communication between workshop, hire desk, regional operations teams and clients.
- Managing and coordinating third party service providers for the completion of asset certification to meet agreed timelines.
- Using the company asset management software, completing asset certification reports for management team.
- Working with the hire desk and workshop compiling certification packs for asset mobilisations.
