Commercial Account Handler - VR/24839
TMM Recruitment is supporting an organisation working within the insurance industry, based in Aberdeenshire, looking to take on a Commercial Account Handler on a full-time, permanent basis. The key responsibilities would include; managing and developing client relationships, providing excellent customer service and promptly handling insurance claims effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting and working in collaboration with members of the team, effectively developing relationships with new and existing clients.
- Handling customer and client inquiries.
- Chasing potential sales opportunities.
- Processing essential paperwork accurately.
- Promoting other services within the company, striving for continual growth and business development.
- Making regular telephone calls and meeting clients face-to-face in order to develop good quality relationships.
Applicants to this position should have the ability to pick up knowledge quickly and have the willingness to develop their skillset. Essential skills also include; excellent customer service, good IT literacy and being able to stay organised whilst effectively prioritising your workload.
