Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and compiling tender responses from receipt to submission, ensuring high standards and timeliness.
• Collaborating with Sales and Business Development Teams to issue quotes, identify opportunities, and conduct market research.
• Monitoring leads and quotations through to order confirmation or closeout.
• Liaising with Technical Departments, sales, and accounts to support efficient project delivery.
• Preparing, reviewing, and standardising contractual documentation, including master service agreements and NDAs.
• Reviewing client contractual terms to protect the company’s commercial interests.
• Conducting research on sanctions compliance, company law, and other legal topics.
• Maintaining and overseeing the company’s intellectual property portfolio.
• Responding professionally to client and government authority enquiries, building and strengthening relationships.
• Providing regular reports to Senior Management and assisting with pre-qualification exercises.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Some experience in a contracts, tendering or commercial administration role, preferably in the oil and gas sector or another technical environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
