What You’ll Do:

As an Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department, you will:

• Providing essential research and analysis to support Senior Analysts, Associates, and Vice Presidents on key finance projects.
• Preparing descriptive memoranda for sales processes.
• Assisting in developing compelling pitch books for clients.
• Assisting in creating business valuation and financial models to assess deal structures and overall viability.
• Analysing both historical and projected financial results.
• Conducting market sector analysis, particularly in the oil and gas services and equipment industries.
• Tracking industry trends, merger and acquisition activities, and financing developments.
• Assisting in identifying and evaluating potential buyers and sellers for corporate transactions.
• Staying ahead of industry changes by reviewing key publications and attending corporate events.

What you bring:

• A degree in accounting and finance, economics or similar.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Basic knowledge of financial analysis.
• Basic knowledge in interpretation of company balance sheet, profit and loss, historical and projected figures.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
