TMM Recruitment is assisting with the search for a Credit Controller to support a Finance Team on a permanent basis in Turriff. This important role is focused on assisting with the creation and maintenance of customer accounts and timely collection of their balances.

     

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Setting up new customer accounts following the completion of required documentation and credit/information checks.
  • Communicating with customers in regards to their accounts and payments, providing necessary information as requested.
  • Monitoring aged debt records and collaborating with the Sales Team to optimise collections.
  • Processing and recording customer payments made over the phone.
  • Updating and maintaining customer account notes to ensure an accurate and current case history.
  • Handling queries from customers in relation to their accounts.
  • Participating in monthly debtors review meetings.
