Due to increased demand, our client is looking for a Customs & Admin Coordinator to join their facility based near Brechin. In your role, you’ll oversee import and export customs documentation whilst ensuring the company complies with legal requirements.


Main duties and responsibilities

  • Handling shipping and dangerous goods paperwork for UK and international shipment.
  • Conducting inventory checks.
  • Providing general administrative support.
  • Overseeing customs compliance.
  • Carrying out compliance checks on all relevant documentation.
  • Ensuring all paperwork is up to date and accurate.


Applicants to this role require

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of dangerous goods.
  • Oil and gas experience is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Ambitious, enthusiastic and self-motivated personality.
