As a result of the ongoing growth and development of their Land Management business, they are now looking to recruit an ambitious RICS qualified surveyor with experience in the sector to take on a Director’s position within the team.

Reporting to the Board, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading the Land Management team to ensure the ongoing delivery of a high level of service to clients. You should have experience in the management of sporting estates, forestry, renewables, agricultural tenancies and grazing lets, residential letting, and rural development, including associated matters such as the management of cashflows and budgets for clients.

This role will require regular travel throughout the North East of Scotland, in particular within the Royal Deeside and Strathdon areas, and it is therefore essential that applicants have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle for business use.
