A leading energy company is seeking a DOA Analyst to join their Finance Team in Aberdeen. This role offers a great chance to develop your career within a large, well-established organisation, a genuine foot in the door for someone motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.

     

In this temporary position, you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s Delegation of Authority (DoA) and user provisioning processes, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient system access across the business.

      

The Role:

You’ll provide hands-on support to the Finance function and wider organisation, maintaining DoA and Segregation of Duties (SoD) compliance across all financial systems. You’ll become a trusted point of contact for user access management, troubleshooting system issues, and contributing to process and control improvements.

      

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing user access and DoA provisioning within SAP S4 Hana.
  • Supporting workflow management and resolving access issues.
  • Conducting quarterly cross-system DoA reconciliations and periodic user access reviews.
  • Maintaining system integrity and supporting both internal and external audits.
  • Assisting with finance-related projects and system integration initiatives.

      

About You:

While direct experience in a similar role isn’t essential, the company is looking for someone who works hard, learns quickly, and demonstrates the right attitude and behaviours.
