Working for a market leader in its field within the oil and energy industry, the Document Controller is heavily involved in certification as well as ensuring accuracy against customer requirements. This is a permanent role, based in the south side of the city.

Working within the Aberdeen International and Customer Services Departments, this is a key role interfacing with various internal and external stakeholders of the company.

Key Duties include:

  • Creating and issuing certification packs.
  • Reviewing and correcting document content.
  • Reviewing customer feedback regarding documentation. Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting in the development of project and corporate specific procedures.
  • Supporting Proposals and Tenders Department with compilation of tenders and completion of questionnaires.

To apply for this role, you should have 3-5 years of Document Control experience within an oil and gas environment. A technical background would be advantageous along with familiarity regarding engineering documents.
