Ideally our client are looking for 2 – 3 years employment law experience gained in-house or in a large commercial firm.

You will be able to demonstrate that you have pursued interests in and deepened your skills in a particular area, for example TUPE, working time or equality.  Experience of advising clients in the Energy sector is desirable.  The role will involve some employment tribunal litigation.
