This full-time, permanent role has become available due to an internal transfer – a testament to the collaborative, supportive and development-focused culture of the business.
You’ll be part of a Finance Resource Centre that provides accounting services to an international operation, working in a dynamic, high-performing team where you’ll be supported, challenged, and empowered.
As a Financial Reporting Accountant, you’ll be responsible for statutory accounts preparation and financial reporting for a key region of the business. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Preparing annual statutory financial statements and management accounts.
- Liaising with external auditors, providing detailed reports and supporting documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS, FRS 101 and internal accounting policies.
- Producing reconciliations and analysis with strong supporting detail and critical review.
- Supporting internal audits and contributing to best practice improvements.
- Mentoring junior team members and championing standardised processes.
- Engaging with global finance colleagues to resolve reporting queries effectively.
You’ll bring a solid grounding in audits and accounts preparation and be either fully qualified or working towards your qualification. Experience in multinational organisations or large finance teams would be a bonus, but more important is your ability to analyse, problem-solve and communicate clearly across teams.
We’re particularly keen to hear from individuals who can demonstrate:
- Experience with IFRS and statutory accounts preparation.
- A confident, self-motivated approach to delivering accurate and timely financial information.
- Strong attention to detail and a critical mindset when reviewing financial data.
- A collaborative attitude with a willingness to coach others and share best practices.
This is a role that offers genuine career development in a company that values performance, integrity, innovation, and sustainability. You’ll work in a modern environment surrounded by friendly, knowledgeable colleagues who support each other’s success.
Alongside a competitive salary is a leading benefits package. For more information or for a confidential discussion about this role please get in touch.
