This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join a multinational organisation, where you will get the opportunity to learn from well-established individuals and develop as an individual, study support for professional accountancy qualifications could also be provided. This role will be based at their new offices which has great amenities, although also offered on a hybrid basis. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing all audit files ensuring accounting and reporting for assigned / designated legal entities are completed to full compliance for external and statutory reporting purposes.
• Interacting with external auditors during statutory accounts audits.
• Preparing information for the Tax Department.
• Assisting with local tax filings and reconciliations.
• Performing accounting allocations in the management books on both a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and statutory reporting through monthly reviews of management accounting entries.
• Performing quarterly online balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assisting with any internal finance related audit requests.
• Submitting statistical returns or filing documentation as required by local authorities.
• Recording monthly fixed asset entries in the statutory books.
• Willingness to pick up any ad-hoc duties if and when requested.

Ideal Candidate should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any relevant numeracy related degree.
• An accountancy placement or internship would be beneficial. Alternatively, 1 or 2 years’ experience post studies.
• Competent in the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel.
