Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, duties will include:

• Preparing, managing and reviewing Groups Consolidated Financial Statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Developing and supporting the Group Reporting Team.
• Identifying area for process improvements.
• Reviewing monthly and quarterly reports for senior management regarding the financial performance of the Group.
• Analysing Groups Consolidated Income Statement and Balance Sheet, with focus on long-term construction accounting, receivables and working capital management.
• Ensuring that accounting policies are applied effectively.
• Liaising with internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with significant post qualification experience.
• Good understanding of IFRS.
• Knowledge related to preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• SAP and Business Objects Financial Consolidation (BFC) knowledge.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Diligent with strong organisational skills and a self-checking approach to work output.
• Team management experience.
