As a Group Management Accountant, you’ll working closely with senior management to deliver financial insights, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of group forecasts and strategic plans.
• Creating detailed financial models to inform decision-making.
• Producing concise and impactful summary presentations.
• Reviewing submissions from regional divisions for accuracy and insights.
• Conducting and reviewing internal analytical activities.
• Working with regional divisions to prepare various business analytics.
• Presenting findings to financial and non-financial personnel.
• Reviewing, analysing, and interpreting monthly regional reporting submissions including balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and providing detailed commentary.
• Reviewing, analysing, and interpreting monthly contract and project accounting submissions.
• Participating in monthly review calls to discuss and address key findings.
• Evaluating existing processes and controls while contributing to the enhancement of accounting systems and procedures across the Group.

The ideal applicant will have:

• A professional qualification (ICAS or equivalent) and Big 4 audit experience (up to 3 years PQE).
• Expertise in technical accounting and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical and communication abilities, with a knack for explaining financial concepts to non-specialists.
• A proactive attitude and passion for process improvement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
