HR Administrator - VR/31608
Join a leading energy sector business as a HR Administrator, operating across offshore and onshore projects. You’ll be part of a supportive HR Team that underpins safe, compliant operations - coordinating workforce medicals and survival training, safeguarding sensitive records and keeping essential people processes moving.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Preparing HR documentation and reports.
- Coordinating corporate and project-specific medicals and mandatory survival training for offshore/onshore personnel, ensuring timely completion ahead of deployment.
- Maintaining accurate, confidential digital records of medical and training certifications; ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
- Liaising with the approved occupational health provider to schedule and monitor medical requirements, track KPIs, and resolve queries.
- Verifying medical invoices against bookings and the agreed price schedule; collaborating with the SAP Administration Team to authorise payment or escalate discrepancies.
- Arranging ad?hoc travel for medical appointments and training in line with corporate guidelines.
- Maintaining, controlling, and archiving HR records and sensitive documentation for both staff and contractors.
Applicants to this role require
- HR qualification (desirable) and previous HR administration experience.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential data.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- IT literate and committed to supporting a collaborative, innovative team.
