We are delighted to be exclusively supporting our client’s search for an experienced HR Generalist to support their team and cover during a period of absence. This short-term role is a fantastic opportunity for candidates seeking flexibility as this can be worked on a full OR part-time basis and will see you getting involved in many areas including absence management and employee relations. Main duties and responsibilities
- Providing support and guidance to Managers with regard to employee relations issues, including absence management.
- Responsible for the new employee induction process and outgoing exit procedures.
- Responsible for the collating, submitting and checking the monthly payroll.
- Supporting annual salary changes in line with Union and the wider organisation.
- Accurately recording and analysing absence data and liaising with benefit providers, ensuring HR processes and procedures align with policy guidelines.
- Assisting with HR project work as required
- Ensuring all HR data is accurate and kept up to date and the data is fit for purpose.
Applicants to this role require
- Demonstratable experience within an HR Generalist role.
- Experience of supporting payroll (beneficial).
- Knowledge of PeopleHR (beneficial).
