Join a prestigious E&P business in Aberdeen as HR Coordinator, on a contract basis until November 2024 with likely annual renewal thereafter. This fantastic opportunity is best suited to those with experience in a similar HR environment.

   

The HR Coordinator supports the delivery of an effective HR transactional service to the company by assisting with all HR activities and ensuring consistent advice and guidance is provided to managers and staff in accordance with company policies, procedures, and processes.

         

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining SAP/HR4U employee records.
  • Ensuring payroll instructions for the company payroll are approved in line with company policy and are submitted in line with relevant deadlines.
  • Preparing all employee related communications in line with agreed templates.
  • Heavy involvement with campaign mailmerges – salary review and bonus, tax events, as well as any ad hoc project support.
  • Ensuring pre-employment and offer processing is completed effectively for both company employees and returning expats.
  • Responding to employees and managers on general HR questions including policy and e-timesheet systems queries.
  • Providing administrative support during Employee Relations cases i.e., taking minutes, drafting letters, writing reports.
  • Booking all medicals, including workfit’s for UK and company employees, as required.
  • Processing employee entitlements in line with the secondee and relocation policies.
  • Providing non-standard reports from SAP as and when requested.

             

Applicants to this role require:

  • Experience of working in a busy HR Team and to challenging deadlines.
  • CIPD qualified or working towards (preferred).
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects working in a fast-paced environment.
