Requirements include:

• An experienced Workshop Manager, with experience in building hydraulic / structural equipment from drawings and maintenance / refurbishment and upgrading of back deck equipment from the Marine sector.
• Confident in the repair of hydraulic cylinders, pumps and motors.
• Experience in the integration of electrical systems to hydraulic and pneumatics.
• Overseeing workshop personnel and allocating job packs.
• Controlling workshop time sheets and costs against each job.
• Liaising with the client and clients representative at all levels from introduction company to equipment acceptance testing.
