A remote Inside Sales opportunity is now available for a candidate with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, exceptional negotiation skills, and a focus on building lasting customer relationships. Joining a global industry leader, you will be responsible for managing industrial remedial sales and supporting contract renewal quotations.

     

In this role, you will be working closely with existing and new customers and will be responsible for developing and maximising business opportunities.

         

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers to discuss remedial sales activities in your region, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and field-based sales staff to follow up on outstanding quotations and negotiate effectively.
  • Providing order forecasting and trending.
  • Overseeing and maintaining the sales and quotations pipeline.
  • Creating and submitting quotations for remedial, reactive, and proactive opportunities.
  • Reviewing and enhancing documentation, processes, sales tools, and supporting materials to promote the company’s offerings.
  • Providing KPIs on both sales and financial performance.
  • Entering sales and service information into the appropriate business IT system after receiving the customer's confirmed acceptance.
  • Handling order processing and conducting credit checks upon receipt of customer orders.
  • Ensuring that all information relevant to the customer’s order and your associated quotation for material ordering, engineer allocation and customer contact.

            

Applicants to this role require:

  • Previous experience of an inside sales or sales support role.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
