Calling all Accountancy & Finance Graduates. TMM Recruitment is working with a global leading energy service organisation in their search for an Invoice Reconciliation Clerk for an initial 6-month period. Whilst in post, you will hold responsibility for processing high volumes of invoices and expenses.

        

Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring that the processing of all invoices is performed accurately, in a timely and efficient manner paying particular attention to detail.
  • Ensuring that all relevant company processes and procedures are adhered.
  • Ensuring that all internal invoice queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Being pro-active in dealing with non-compliance of the ‘procurement to pay’ process.
  • Working closely with other members of the AP Team and management to ensure the provision of a first-class service to suppliers and internal clients.
  • Monthly review and clearing of aged GRNI balances.
  • Reviewing employee entered expenses and ensuring compliance with the company’s travel and expenses policy and following up any discrepancies.
  • Experience with SAP would be beneficial, although training will be provided.

       

You should ideally have demonstrable experience in a similar role and be able to work within a team. Effective communication skills are required in order to liaise internally and externally with stakeholders. You should be inquisitive and willing to bring a can-do attitude to your work.
