TMM is supporting a leading service company with the appointment of a temporary Invoice Resolution Clerk. This position would be suited to candidates with a finance degree or alternatively candidates with existing experience in Accounts Payable.

     

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Adhering to all relevant company processes and procedures.
  • Dealing with all internal invoice queries appropriately.
  • Working closely with members of the AP Team and management to ensure high service levels.
  • Reviewing employee expenses and ensuring consistent compliance with company procedures.
  • Willingness to perform any other necessary ad-hoc tasks.

     

Applicants require:

  • Degree in business or accounting / finance OR
  • Previous Accounts Payable experience.
  • Experience using SAP / VIM / Concur (Desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good team member with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to come to successful conclusions of tasks, queries or issues.
