Invoice Resolution Clerk (6 month contract) - VR/25483
TMM is supporting a leading service company with the appointment of a temporary Invoice Resolution Clerk. This position would be suited to candidates with a finance degree or alternatively candidates with existing experience in Accounts Payable.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately processing invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhering to all relevant company processes and procedures.
- Dealing with all internal invoice queries appropriately.
- Working closely with members of the AP Team and management to ensure high service levels.
- Reviewing employee expenses and ensuring consistent compliance with company procedures.
- Willingness to perform any other necessary ad-hoc tasks.
Applicants require:
- Degree in business or accounting / finance OR
- Previous Accounts Payable experience.
- Experience using SAP / VIM / Concur (Desirable).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good team member with strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to come to successful conclusions of tasks, queries or issues.
