Job Share Property Assistant - VR/28350
Opportunity to join local, reputable legal firm on a part time permanent basis has become available. As Property Assistant, you will be supporting the property consultants with relevant duties to ensure smooth running of day to day practice. This position will be based within Ellon and supporting as job share, therefore ability to cover holidays is essential.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Assisting with inquiries and any aspects of the marketing of a property as provided by the Property Department.
- Supporting with the negotiation of offers.
- Carrying out general administrative and reception duties.
- Scheduling attendance of Property Consultants at property valuations and/or take on of properties to be marketed.
- Scheduling appointments for Viewing Agents.
- Liaising and assisting colleagues as reasonably required, relative to the sale of properties marketed.
- Any other ad hoc duties as required.
Applicants to this role require
- Experience of working in property sales desirable with a strong ability to take responsibility.
- Excellent client relation and communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and the ability prioritise workload accordingly.
- Strong sales, IT and administrative skills essential as well as a good local knowledge.
