As the Logistics Operations Officer, you will be part of the ROV Logistics Department within the ROIS business line. You will assist and support shipping requirements for vessels in accordance with the logistics plan and/or method statement, under the supervision of the Site Logistics Project Team.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Providing logistical support across departments for all shipping requirements.
• Coordinating with freight forwarders and shipping agents both domestically and internationally.
• Tracking and monitoring deliveries and shipments to ensure timely arrival at vessels.
• Maintaining accurate records of all shipments and logistical activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• A sound understanding of UK licensing requirements is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
