Office Administrator - VR/30279
An Office Administrator is required on a permanent basis, ideally starting as soon as possible. Supporting with day to day admin duties therefore previous experience in a similar role required and access to a car due to location.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Handling all data processing including the input of information from customer PO’s onto company system.
- Purchasing of required supplies for office, including stationary orders etc.
- Invoicing support.
- Managing documents, including matching up doc packs, scanning, and filing.
- Answering phone / directing calls.
Applicants to this role require
- Previous experience in similar role.
- Good working knowledge of computer systems, e.g. Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach.
- Ability to work to own initiative.
