Office Administrator - VR/30837
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic scheduling team, where you'll play a key role in coordinating and supporting a talented team of tradespeople. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on scheduling jobs, handling communications, and keeping everything on track. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently coordinate and schedule jobs for the Field Team.
- Managing telephone calls, emails, and enquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Keeping clients updated on project progress and respond to queries promptly.
- Working closely with staff, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage expectations and resources.
- Assessing project requirements and resource availability to create effective schedules.
- Confirming appointments, gathering necessary information, and keeping clients informed.
- Maintaining accurate records of job assignments, schedules, and updates.
- Actively contributing to team meetings and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in administration with demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and confidence working with scheduling systems.
