This is the perfect opportunity for someone to begin their professional career working within a supportive team environment where full training will be provided.

    

You will be working as an entry level Secretary/Office Assistant on a 6 months’ fixed term contract, performing a wide variety of duties to support the successful running of daily office administrative work. If you are a confident communicator, are able to work positively with others, and have strong organisational skills – you could be the perfect fit!

       

  • Managing email and phone correspondence, assisting colleagues and managers, and handling general administration tasks.
  • Assisting with purchasing goods and liaising with suppliers and customers as needed.
  • Organising internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and invitations. Supporting visitor logistics with taxi and hotel arrangements.
  • Monitoring the ordering, distribution, and tracking of seniority awards for staff.
  • Using bespoke business systems to support operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.

       

Applicants for this role should be looking to take their first steps onto the career ladder. Previous experience is not essential, what matters most is an eagerness to learn and motivation to gain work experience.
