Office Manager - VR/31284
SME business within oil and gas sector are currently sourcing an Office Manager to oversee essential day to day administrative functions. Supporting on a full time, permanent basis this role will be based within North Aberdeen.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring day-to-day office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Supporting with customer invoices, monitoring accounts receivable and bookkeeping.
- Managing and maintaining procurement processes, including business vendor selection, POs, and delivery tracking.
- Keeping records of incidents and safety documentation up to date alongside assisting with audits and internal quality checks.
- Supporting with HR requirements including recruitment, staff onboarding and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Maintaining company records, legislations and compliance.
- Developing strong working relationships with business vendors, stakeholders and clients.
- Providing executive administrative support to CEO.
- Supporting with strategic planning of business operations.
Applicants to this role require
- Previous experience within an office management position.
- Working knowledge of accounting requirements including invoicing and bookkeeping.
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with ability to manage requirements independently.
- Reliable, flexible and self-efficient, driven to take lead initiative and take ownership of role.
