Operations Administrator - VR/28134
Operations Administrator required on a permanent basis for an oilfield equipment supplier based in Dyce.
As Operations Administrator, you’ll maintain the safe, timely and within-budget completion of external projects and internal rental equipment manufacture.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Raising purchase orders for workshop activities and projects.
- Helping to create certificate packs for new build projects.
- Assisting with service sales quotations and purchasing.
- Maintaining timesheets for workshop activities.
- Maintaining asset maintenance documentation.
- Monitoring budgets and maintain workshop jobs/activities.
- General administration support.
- Supporting with upkeep of quality management systems.
Our client is seeking a candidate with the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in operations.
- Hard-working, ability to problem-solve and work in a team.
- Microsoft Office packages.
