Operations Administrator required on a permanent basis for an oilfield equipment supplier based in Dyce.

   

As Operations Administrator, you’ll maintain the safe, timely and within-budget completion of external projects and internal rental equipment manufacture.

      

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Raising purchase orders for workshop activities and projects.
  • Helping to create certificate packs for new build projects.
  • Assisting with service sales quotations and purchasing.
  • Maintaining timesheets for workshop activities.
  • Maintaining asset maintenance documentation.
  • Monitoring budgets and maintain workshop jobs/activities.
  • General administration support.
  • Supporting with upkeep of quality management systems.

        

Our client is seeking a candidate with the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in operations.
  • Hard-working, ability to problem-solve and work in a team.
  • Microsoft Office packages.
