Operations Coordinator - VR/28819
Based in the north side of Aberdeen, reputable company within the energy sector are looking to add an Operations Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager; the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with both clients and the internal team with regards to current and upcoming hires and hire returns.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Generating customer on-hire reports and communicate reports on a weekly basis.
- Updating a weekly client spreadsheet with specified content.
- Stocktaking and assisting with locating assets during stock audits.
- Setting up hire orders in the rental database for appropriate dispatch paperwork.
- Formulating invoices.
- Compiling reports with regards to various forms of equipment inspections.
- Assisting with general administration duties.
- Participating in an on call rota.
Applicants to this role require
- Excellent communicator, in both written and verbal forms with highly effective interpersonal skills supported by good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with a strong sense of personal accountability and self-motivation as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Creative and adaptable in the ability to manage new challenges.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple, complex and fast-track priorities with a proactive and positive attitude.
